新千歳空港国際アニメーション映画祭で観光庁長官賞をいただきました！My film Burger Satiation won the Japan Tourism Agency Commissioner Award at New Chitose! Thanks a lot.

観光庁長官賞をいただき、興味深く感じています。というのも、最初は“観光客”として、いまは“居住者”として日本で暮らしています。本作は全編漢字で構成されています。同じ漢字文化圏で趣味がすっと伝わることを、いまの国際情勢とも照らし合わせながら、自分の中でじっくり噛みしめていきたい！

To receive the Commissioner of the Japan Tourism Agency Award — it feels especially meaningful to me, since I first came to Japan as a “tourist,” and now live here as a “resident.”

This film is entirely made of Chinese characters(Kanji). I want to take time to reflect on how visual and poetic sensibilities can travel across languages through the shared use of logographic characters — especially in light of today’s international climate.
